For those who are curious about the current mortgage interest rates, here they are:
a} Conforming rates:
* 30 Yr Fixed Rate - 5.25% and 0 points
* 15 Yr - 4.75% and 0 points
* 5/1 ARM - 4.25% and 0 points
b} Jumbo rates:
* 30 Yr Fixed Rate - 5.75% and 0 points
* 5/1 ARM - 5.00% and 0 points
